Meet the Director

My name is Courtney and I am a dedicated early childhood professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I have worked in various roles, from educator to Area Manager, and now thrive as a Centre Manager. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff, and I integrate all seven Quality Areas of the National Quality Standard into my leadership approach. I believe all children and families deserve an inclusive environment and understand that it’s not easy for new parents to return to work and have their babies in childcare.

Beyond my career, I am a Wife and Mum, cherishing every moment with my family. My journey as a parent has been deeply shaped by my son's premature birth and, which led me to work alongside a charity that once supported us. I also play a vital role as a non-operational member of my local brigade, supporting both my community and fellow volunteers. Creativity, kindness, and meaningful connections are at the heart of everything I do, and I am always looking for ways to make a positive impact—both professionally and personally.

Welcome to Little Saints Early Learning Centre – Lang Lang Nestled in the picturesque country town of Lang Lang, Little Saints Early Learning Centre is a purpose-built facility designed to offer a high-quality early education experience for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow. At Little Saints, we understand the importance of early childhood education and are committed to ensuring each child receives the best possible start in their educational journey. Our purpose-built centre features six specialty-designed learning rooms, each tailored to meet the developmental needs of different age groups. These rooms are thoughtfully designed to provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. In addition to our expertly designed indoor spaces, we are proud to offer two expansive outdoor areas. These outdoor spaces are carefully curated to encourage active play, physical development, and exploration, allowing children to connect with nature while developing essential motor skills. A key component of our centre is the provision of healthy, balanced meals, prepared daily by our in-house chef. From morning tea to late snack, every meal is thoughtfully crafted to support your child's well-being and nutritional needs, ensuring they are fueled for their busy day of learning and play. We take pride in our strong sense of community and are excited to welcome new families to the Little Saints family.
